Born in Rome in 1969, Ms. Pucci received her law degree from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1995 and has been a member of the Rome Bar since 1999.

Ms. Pucci practices employment law and social security, both within and outside the courtroom.

In particular, she advises and assists employers in the management of issues related to the entire work relationship, from the hiring phase through the termination of the relationship, including the eventual negotiations inherent in this area, as well as in matters of suspension, employee dismissal and undertaking disciplinary actions (before the judiciary, unions and provincial offices).

She provides assistance to businesses in drafting contracts governing the employee-employer relationship, atypical work and self-employment, special and/or atypical employment agreements (part-time, fixed-term, etc.).

Ms. Pucci also provides management consulting services in matters of company reorganization, transfers of going concerns, and the preparation of all the related contracts.

In addition, Ms. Pucci assists companies and individuals in the resolution of issues related to the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of various commercial contracts and in the eventual disputes which may arise.
